New York, New York Website This garden is part of Chelsea Cove Park. It is situated right next to the large Chelsea Piers Athletic Complex and the color scheme was chosen to mitigate the brash colors of the building. "If you can't beat 'em, ioin 'em." It has plants for all four seasons and many places to sit. The Planting Design is by Lynden B. Miller and Ronda M. Brands, Spring 2009. |
